ARRIIVAL Shorts (“we”, “the Service”) is a managed short-form video service for brands, operated by ARRIIVAL at autovideo.arriival.com. The Service produces short-form videos for brands and, with the channel owner's explicit authorization, uploads approved videos to that brand's own YouTube channel. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can take it back.

We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, or precise location.

我们不收集信用卡资料、政府证件号码或精确位置。

Data obtained through Google APIs is used for exactly two things:

• Uploading videos that a human has approved, to the channel selected during authorization, always with privacyStatus: private.
• Identifying which channel the authorization landed on, so an upload can be blocked before it reaches the wrong channel.

We do not:

• sell or rent Google user data, or use it for advertising or profiling;
• use Google user data to train, retrain or improve any AI or machine-learning model;
• read, modify or delete existing videos, comments, playlists or subscriber data;
• transfer Google user data to any third party except as required to operate the Service (see below), or where required by law.

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and data handled by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke the Service's access to your data at any time via the Google security settings page.

ARRIIVAL Shorts's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the encryption key is held only in the server environment and never stored alongside the data.
• All traffic is served over HTTPS.
• Database rows are isolated per account by row-level security.
• Access to production systems is limited to the operators who run the Service.

We use the following processors to run the Service. Google user data (the OAuth token and channel identity) is only ever handled by the hosting, database and worker providers — it is never sent to the AI or crawling providers.

• Disconnecting a channel deletes its stored authorization immediately, and automatic uploading stops. Videos already uploaded to YouTube stay on the channel and are yours to manage.
• Brand profiles and generated videos are kept while the account is active.
• To delete your account and everything associated with it, email arrival.shorts@gmail.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

• Revoke our access at any time in the workspace (“解除连接”), or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Every video is uploaded as private — nothing becomes public without your action.

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
