ARRIIVAL Shorts (“the Service”) is a managed short-form video service for brands, operated by ARRIIVAL. It produces short-form videos for brands and — where the brand has authorized it — uploads approved videos to the brand's own YouTube channel. Using the Service means you accept these terms.

ARRIIVAL Shorts 是一套自动化品牌短视频代操系统,由 ARRIIVAL 营运,为品牌产出短视频, 并在品牌授权的前提下,将审核通过的成片上传到品牌自己的 YouTube 频道。 使用本服务即表示你接受本条款。

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity carried out under your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

你须妥善保管登录凭证,并对帐号下的活动负责。若怀疑帐号遭他人存取,请立即通知我们。

You confirm that you own, or are authorized to use, the brand names, logos, website content and channel you supply to the Service, and that you have the authority to authorize uploads to the channel you connect. You grant us the limited right to use those materials solely to produce and deliver videos for you.

你确认对提供给本服务的品牌名称、标志、官网内容与频道拥有权利或已获授权, 且有权授权我们上传至你所连接的频道。你授予我们有限权利,仅用于为你产出并交付视频。

Scripts and videos are generated with the help of AI and are reviewed by a person before anything is rendered or uploaded. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and approving each script and each video, and for whether the finished video is accurate and appropriate to publish. Every upload is made as private; making a video public is your decision.

脚本与视频由 AI 协助产出,并在生成或上传前经人工审核。AI 产出可能出错 —— 审核并核准每一支脚本与成片是你的责任,内容是否正确、是否适合发布亦由你判断。 所有上传一律先设为「不公开」,是否公开由你决定。

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and to the Google Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for your channel's compliance with YouTube's policies. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Do not use the Service to produce or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that impersonates another person or organisation.

不得利用本服务产出或发布违法、误导、侵权,或冒充他人或组织的内容。

The Service depends on third-party providers (Google/YouTube, AI providers, hosting) and may be interrupted or changed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by email and by updating the date at the top of this page.

本服务依赖第三方供应商(Google/YouTube、AI 供应商、主机),可能中断或变更。 条款有重大变更时,我们会以电子邮件通知并更新本页顶端日期。

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from content you approved and published.

本服务以「现况」提供。在法律允许范围内,我们不对间接或衍生损失, 或因你核准并发布的内容所生的损失负责。

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your channel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. On termination we delete stored authorizations; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to the rest of your data.

你可随时停止使用并解除频道连接。若违反本条款,我们得暂停帐号。 终止时我们会删除已储存的授权凭证,其余资料的处理方式见隐私权政策。
